Order Processing

All orders are carefully packed and processed within 1–3 business days after the order is confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an order confirmation and, where available, tracking information.

Delivery

We currently deliver orders across Pakistan.

Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier service, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please note that delivery to remote areas may take additional time.

Shipping Charges

A standard shipping fee will be applied to your order at checkout. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Information

Farat is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you need to make a change to your delivery information, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you in tracking the shipment.

While we work with reliable delivery partners, delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control.

Damaged Orders

We take care to package every order securely. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide photographs of the package and the item received.

We will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within Pakistan.

Customers placing COD orders are expected to provide accurate contact and delivery information and be available to receive the order.

International Shipping

At this time, Farat ships within Pakistan only. International shipping may be offered in the future.
